How to apply to the CERF & Innovation funding

Phase Two of the Energy Redress Scheme has opened up both the Carbon Emissions Reduction Fund (CERF) and Innovation Fund.

The Carbon Emissions Reduction Fund (CERF) awards grants for projects that demonstrate measurable and lasting carbon reductions in energy use and accelerate the transition to net zero carbon.

The Innovation funding stream provides grants for capital measures or for projects that involve the development of products and/ or services that are genuinely innovative and not currently accessible to energy consumers or certain groups of energy consumers.

Both these funds can support projects which benefit all energy consumers, unlike the Small and Main Funds which focus on energy consumers in vulnerable situations.
